The Henry H. Stambaugh Auditorium Association appointed new officers and welcomed three new members to the Board of Directors at the January 11, 2021 meeting.

Newly elected officers for the Henry H. Stambaugh Auditorium Association are; Mark Gasser, President; Scott Schulick, Vice President; Tracie Stephens, CPA, Treasurer; Cheryl McArthur, Secretary; and Terrence Cloonan, Immediate Past President.

Elected to the Board of Directors are; Denise Bayer, Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager for The Huntington Private Bank; Mark Brown, former General Manager, The Vindicator Printing Company and member of the corporate team at WFMJ Television, Inc.; and Justin M. Jennings, Ed.S., Chief Executive Officer, Youngstown City Schools.

In addition to the newly elected officers and new members, returning board members are John H. Yerian, III and Michael R. Crist. Outgoing members who recently completed their terms are David J. Konik and Phyllis “Jeanne” Simeone.
